Shipping, payments and returns
We pay for mailing costs using USPS Priority Mail that includes a tracking number. We also include insurance and require a signature for delivery.
If you place an order with us, it must include a name, mailing address & telephone number and the information has to match the credit card information.
We may also ask for a signature that you acknowledge the order to avoid any misunderstanding and once it is received, we will fill your order and send it to you.
Payment Options
This website is hosted by godaddy.com. You pay securely through their shopping cart, payments are processed by godaddy.com. We don’t receive your credit card information.
Returns and Exchanges
Effective January 1, 2016: Purchases may be returned for exchange or credit only. Exchange for an item of lesser value will result in a credit for the remaining balance. Items must be returned within ten (10) day s in the same condition, at the customer's expense to include insurance with the original packaging and copy of an invoice.
