Effective January 1, 2016: Our exchange policy allows purchases to be returned for exchange or credit only. If you exchange for an item of lesser value, you will receive credit for the remaining balance. For optimal customer service, items must be returned within ten (10) days at the customer's expense, including insurance, in the same condition, with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice.
